Booking Policies

  • Deposits are non-refundable so please be sure you are certain you want to book in before sending a deposit and booking an appointment.
  • Only two reschedules are permissable with the original deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment a third time, your original deposit will be void and a new deposit will need to be left in order to rebook for the third time. If you’ve booked a one-off piece, only two reschedules are permissable for that design as well, after which it will be put back up for grabs. When I post those designs, they are pieces I want to do as soon as possible, not months or years after I draw them just because of how much my style or work flow can change in a short time.
  • If your appointment is for a custom piece, I will be emailing you the rough sketch the night before your appointment. If you have any changes you want to make to the details of the design as had been discussed before I start drawing, please email me at the latest the day before your appointment.
  • If you make last minute changes to design or size, know that it will be reflected in the price. We also may no longer have time to do the piece in that session if you last minute decide to make the piece larger than what we agreed on. If this is the case, we might only start the piece in our scheduled session or we may have to rescheduled entirely if time does not permit. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled because you changed the size, your deposit will be forfeit, as I was not given enough notice to arrange for the size change and I now have an empty space for which I am not getting paid. A new deposit will then have to be left for the rescheduled appointment.
  • If your piece is scheduled over several appointments, your deposit will come off your last sitting. If we do not finish the tattoo in that first session, you will pay for the work done that day, and the deposit will be carried over to the next session and will apply at that point.
  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so at any time provided you give 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be void if you fail to show up for your appointment, you have to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without having EMAILED ME, if you arrive under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol or are generally unable to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner. Your deposit will also be forfeit if you’ve had to cancel and have not rescheduled within two months of the original appointment.
  • If you are SICK/CONTAGIOUS, pregnant or breastfeeding, or your skin is damaged (sunburn, fresh scars, eczema in the spot of the tattoo, etc), PLEASE RESCHEDULE. If you show up to your appointment hitting any of these boxes then your deposit will be forfeit and you’ll have to leave a new one to reschedule.
  • On the day of your appointment, make sure to eat a healthy meal to ensure that you are in an optimal state to get tattooed. Feel free to bring a snack with you. Please do not show up hungover, and try to ensure you get a good night’s sleep the night before.
  • Please do not bring more than one guest with you, as space is limited, and having multiple people in a station can be very distracting for the artists in the shop as well as the customers. Please do not bring children with you.
  • Please note that price estimates are not guaranteed. Prices may change based on variables- client not sitting well, taking a lot of breaks, etc. I will always tell you before we continue if the piece is going to take longer than what we’d discussed so we can make arrangements to finish another day if need be.
